Litigating the Debate

Fox News blowhard Bill O’Reilly isn’t the only one who reverts to shrill whining and frivolous litigation when challenged in the public debate.

Wal-Mart is in court trying to stop the United Food and Commerical Workers from running radio ads that point out that the immensely profitable corporation doesn’t provide affordable health care to a majority of its employees.

The company’s legal pressure prompted this great editorial cartoon in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
